We are looking for an amazing Marketing Project Manager; an specialized professional with Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles and Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and execute all projects assigned by marketing teams, assigning tasks, and providing resources for successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management, suppliers, and the marketing team, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness during the entire process.
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of projects assigned to the marketing team, including graphic designers, copywriters, community managers, content analysts, among others.
- Resolve problems and obstacles that may arise during the development of the project.
- Document processes and results for future references and learnings.
- Suggest constant improvements to optimize processes and results.
- Optimize time management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Follow up on daily tasks related to social media, email campaigns, CRM, content creation, etc.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
